Catchment: Please refer to our service area map. For any “out of catchment” clients, we charge an additional $30/appointment.
Step 2: Choose your program : Pelvic health, perinatal care, regular physiotherapy, kinesiology, hydrotherapy and more.
Step 3: Book your appointments : Unsure who to book with? Give us a call at 250-999-0568 or a book a 15 minute free discovery call with one of our practitioners. Our practitioners schedules fill fast so we recommend booking ahead. Pelvic Health or Perinatal - 1x every 3-4 weeks. Regular Physio or Kinesiology - 1-2x/week.
Lauren’s Schedule
Lauren is no longer accepting new clients. She works closely with every team member via ongoing mentorship and collaboration to ensure a high standard of care. You’ll be thoughtfully matched with a physiotherapist who is fully supported behind the scenes. Vancouver/North Shore Follow Up Schedule: March 20-24 - April 17-19 - May 22-24
Cancellation Policy
48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made within 48 hours are subject to a charge of 50% of the service fee. If a therapist arrives at your home without prior notice of cancellation, the full session fee (100%) will be charged. All cancellation fees are waived for contagious illness, or in the event of a medical emergency.
