Catchment: Please refer to our service area map. For any “out of catchment” clients, we charge an additional $30/appointment.
Step 2: Choose your program : Pelvic health, perinatal care, regular physiotherapy, kinesiology + more
Step 3: Book your appointments : Unsure? Give us a call at 250-999-0568 or book a 15 minute free discovery call. Our schedules fill fast so we recommend booking ahead. Pelvic Health or Perinatal - 1x every 2-4 weeks. Regular Physio or Kinesiology - 1-2x/week.

Cancellation Policy
48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made within 48 hours are subject to a charge of 50% of the service fee. If a therapist arrives at your home without prior notice of cancellation the full session fee (100%) will be charged.
