Preparing Your Pelvic Floor for Birth 2 hour in-person group physio session designed as an add-on to prenatal education. Covers non-internal pelvic floor muscle training, biomechanics, pushing, perineal preparation and postpartum recovery.

Cancellation Policy
48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made within 48 hours are subject to a charge of 50% of the service fee. If a therapist arrives at your home without prior notice of cancellation the full session fee (100%) will be charged.
