Catchment: Please refer to our service area map on our website to verify your catchment area. For any “out of catchment” clients, we charge an additional $30/appointment.
Step 2: Choose your program : Select from our in-home services including physiotherapy, pelvic health, perinatal care, kinesiology, and more.
Step 3: Book your appointments : Unsure who to book with? Give us a call at 250-999-0568 or a book a 15 minute free discovery call with one of our practitioners. Our practitioners schedules fill fast so we do recommend booking ahead. Pelvic Health or Perinatal - 1x every 3-4 weeks. Regular Physio or Kinesiology - 1-2x/week.

Cancellation Policy
At least 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment are subject to a charge of 50% of the service fee. If a therapist arrives at your home without prior notice of cancellation, the full session fee (100%) will be charged. All cancellation fees are waived if you or anyone in your household is experiencing symptoms of a contagious illness, or in the event of a medical emergency.

In-Home Pelvic Health Physiotherapy
In-home pelvic floor physiotherapy for incontinence, prolapse, overactive bladder, pelvic pain, menopause, vaginismus, vulvodynia, diastasis recti, core function and chronic low back pain.
In-Home Perinatal Program
Perinatal physiotherapy, kinesiology or athletic therapy during pregnancy and the postpartum (less than 1 year), including labour preparation, exercise recommendations and strength.
In-Home Vestibular/ Concussion Physiotherapy
In-home Physiotherapy for:
- Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo (BPPV): A common cause of brief spinning sensations triggered by head movements.
- Vestibular Neuritis or Labyrinthitis: Inflammation of the inner ear leading to dizziness and imbalance.
- Meniere’s Disease: Episodes of vertigo accompanied by hearing loss and tinnitus.
- Post-Concussion Syndrome: Persistent dizziness or balance problems following a concussion.
- General Balance Disorders: Issues stemming from aging, neurological conditions, or prolonged inactivity.
In-Home Physiotherapy Program
Physiotherapy for hospital discharge, ICBC MVAs, post-op, neurodegenerative conditions, general orthopaedics, chronic pain.
In-Home Kinesiology
Therapy for hospital discharge, ICBC MVA, post-op rehabilitation, neurodegenerative conditions, general orthopaedics, and chronic pain delivered by a Kinesiologist. Sessions also include general strength and conditioning for all ages and abilities, with specialized care for the perinatal population.
In-Home Athletic Therapy
In-home rehabilitation for injury, disease, health and wellness. Sarah is a certified athletic therapist, kinesiologist and personal trainer.
Telehealth Sessions
All of our perinatal program, pelvic health physiotherapy program, physiotherapy program, BOOMER+ program, physiotherapy breastfeeding support and kinesiology programs are available as virtual telehealth sessions.
In-Home Dry Needling/ IMS
Dry Needling or IMS (Intramuscular Stimulation) is a technique using thin needles inserted into tight, painful muscle knots (trigger points) to elicit a twitch response, relaxing the muscle, reducing pain, improving blood flow, and restoring normal function, differentiating from acupuncture by targeting muscle points, not traditional meridians, based on Western medicine. This service is provided in-home by Robyn Elliott in Central Victoria and Westshore Victoria.
