Catchment: Please refer to our service area map on our website to verify your catchment area. For any “out of catchment” clients, we charge an additional $25/appointment.


Step 2: Choose your program : Select from our in-home services including physiotherapy, pelvic health, perinatal care, kinesiology, and more.


Step 3: Book your appointments : Unsure who to book with? Give us a call at 250-999-0568 or a book a 15 minute free discovery call with one of our practitioners. Our practitioners schedules fill fast so we do recommend booking ahead. Pelvic Health or Perinatal - 1x every 3-4 weeks. Regular Physio or Kinesiology - 1-2x/week.


New! Virtual Postpartum Strength Classes

Join our 8-week series of group-based exercise classes from the comfort of your home. These sessions focus on core and pelvic floor strength, breathwork, and postural pain. Mondays: 6:30–7:30 pm; October 6 – December 1; $128 + GST (just $16/class)

Cancellation Policy

At least 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment are subject to a charge of 50% of the service fee. If a therapist arrives at your home without prior notice of cancellation, the full session fee (100%) will be charged. All cancellation fees are waived if you or anyone in your household is experiencing symptoms of a contagious illness, or in the event of a medical emergency.

In-Home Kinesiology Programs

Therapy for hospital discharge, ICBC MVA, post-op rehabilitation, neurodegenerative conditions, general orthopaedics, and chronic pain delivered by a Kinesiologist. Sessions also include general strength and conditioning for all ages and abilities, with specialized care for the perinatal population.


In-Home Athletic Therapy

In-home rehabilitation for injury, disease, health and wellness. Sarah is a certified athletic therapist, kinesiologist and personal trainer.


Telehealth Sessions

All of our perinatal program, pelvic health physiotherapy program, physiotherapy program, BOOMER+ program, physiotherapy breastfeeding support and kinesiology programs are available as virtual telehealth sessions.

Physiotherapist, Pelvic Health & Vestibular Rehab

Robyn is a kind, compassionate and empathetic physiotherapist who really values client centred care. She believes in deeply listening to and collaborating with each individual throughout the therapeutic relationship. She passionately strives to empower clients to return to the activities they love and daily tasks/goals that are meaningful to them.

Robyn completed her Masters in Physical Therapy at UBC in 2013. Since then she has practiced in a number of private orthopaedic clinics in Vancouver and Victoria as well as providing home visits across the mainland and acted as a clinical director for the Special Olympics of BC. She has taken additional training in a number of orthopaedic courses, acupuncture, IMS, clinical pilates and pelvic floor health. Robyn is very passionate about integrating her experience in orthopaedic practice, pilates and pelvic health in a well rounded, trauma informed way that keeps the clients experience at the forefront.

Robyn has always valued an active lifestyle at every stage of life. She has avidly participated in many different sporting activities including rock climbing, rowing, triathlon, swimming, dance, yoga and pilates. Currently Robyn is deepening her love for exploring our beautiful backyard in BC and most weekends you can find her hiking, trekking, skiing, climbing and occasionally surfing.

Physiotherapist & Pelvic Health

Jan is a compassionate, trauma informed physical therapist who believes that a strong therapeutic relationship is at the heart of effective treatment. She is dedicated to empowering her clients with the knowledge and tools they need to work toward their goals and focus on what is most meaningful in their lives.

Jan works with a wide range of clients, with a keen interest in pelvic health. Her practice in pelvic health includes the perinatal period, labor preparation, recovery from caesarean section, post-partum return to activity, bowel and bladder dysfunction, pelvic organ prolapse, pelvic pain, and support for the breastfeeding dyad. Jan’s training and education in pelvic health physiotherapy has been specific to individuals with vaginal anatomy. She completed her initial pelvic health training in internal assessment and treatment through BC Women’s Hospital and Urosante (Canadian Pelvic Health Academy). Jan has pursued additional advanced pelvic health education through various organizations including Reframe Rehab and Pelvic Health Solutions.

Beyond her pelvic health focus, Jan enjoys working with seniors and clients of all ages who benefit from the convenience and personalized approach of in-home care.

Jan earned her Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Alberta in 2002 and has over 10 years of experience specializing in pelvic health, alongside a broad background in musculoskeletal conditions. Physiotherapist & Pelvic Health

Lauren works with a wide range of clients, with a special focus on pelvic health. Her practice includes perinatal care, labour preparation, and return to physical activity postpartum, as well as pelvic organ prolapse, bladder and bowel dysfunction, and chronic pelvic pain. She is trained to perform internal pelvic exams through extensive basic and advanced coursework with Pelvic Health Solutions. Lauren provides care for all genders, including male pelvic health, and also works extensively with seniors and individuals with complex medical histories or physical impairments that make it challenging to leave their homes. She is a trauma-informed practitioner who ensures care is individualized, compassionate, and accessible.

An avid health and fitness enthusiast, Lauren comes from a competitive sports background. She grew up playing a wide variety of sports and went on to compete as a lightweight rower on the varsity women’s rowing team at the University of British Columbia. She holds an undergraduate degree in Kinesiology and Health Science from UBC and a Master of Physical Therapy from the University of Toronto.

Lauren founded Core Connection in 2019 after feeling frustrated by the gaps in traditional brick-and-mortar physiotherapy models. She strongly believes care delivered in the home is higher quality, more personalized and more effective. 

Beyond her clinical work, Lauren is active in the Victoria community. She participates in recreational sports, serves on the board of the EO Vancouver Island Accelerator Program, and is a former board member of the Victoria Chapter of the Women in Leadership Foundation.

Certified Athletic Therapist & Kinesiologist

Sarah is a compassionate and motivating therapist who believes in removing barriers to care so that everyone can access the health services they need. She is dedicated to helping her clients improve their quality of life through functional, individualized, and creative exercise therapy.

Sarah specializes in working with individuals who face mobility challenges, including those recovering from motor vehicle accidents (ICBC claims). She has extensive experience supporting clients with neurological and cognitive impairments and offers home visits, hospital-based care, and pool therapy to ensure rehabilitation is accessible and effective.

Sarah completed her Bachelor of Athletic and Exercise Therapy at Camosun College in 2022 and has worked in community-based care since graduating. She continues to expand her expertise through ongoing education, including becoming a Certified Pregnancy and Postpartum Exercise Specialist through Core Exercise Solutions. She is particularly passionate about supporting pregnant and postpartum clients who want to stay active, build postural strength, and restore core function through all stages of parenthood.

Outside of work, Sarah loves to hike, run, roller skate, and weightlift. She also serves as the Head Coach of the Esquimalt Speed Skating Club, working with athletes of all ages, from toddlers to seniors.
